This platform is used by some of the world's largest businesses and government agencies, and it allows you to manage your entire cloud environment from one portal, with one simple login. This includes environments spread across 16 countries and 34 data centers.
COMPREHENSIVE INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT
Rackcorp provides dedicated and virtual server infrastructure, including the server equipment itself, hardware firewalls, switches, routers, and other specialized devices that we manage for clients. We support the physical, virtual, and operating system layers, as well as some common application layers through our One Stack platform.
GLOBAL NETWORK OF SOLUTIONS
Our easy-to-use One Stack platform offers clients access to and management of a global network of solutions. This platform allows clients to add dedicated servers, cloud instances, web hosting services, or even email accounts, in a seamless manner. A client is able to select the service they wish to add, the location they wish to activate the service, and almost instantaneously the service is provisioned in that location and the access details forwarded to the client.

Always Guarantee for High-Availability Environments
If your services are offline for more than 0.01% of the month (4 minutes), you will receive that month free. This SLA is a custom subscription model for managed environments that gives customers the knowledge that Rackcorp will build and verify configurations to be fault tolerant. In comparison, other major global cloud providers only provide a 10% credit if your services are offline for more than 4 minutes.
Platinum Guarantee for Virtual Servers, Cloud Servers, Web & Email Hosting
If your services are offline for more than 0.1% of the month (43 minutes), you will receive that month free. This applies to all of our virtual servers, cloud computing instances, and shared web hosting & email plans. In comparison, two other major global cloud providers only provide a 100% credit once your services have been offline for 7 or 36 hours.
Gold Guarantee for Dedicated Servers and Colocation:
If your services are offline for more than 0.05% of the month (20 minutes), you will be credited for part and/or all of your payment for the month reflected on your next invoice. The credit percentages are as follows:
Less than 99.95% - 15% credit
Less than 99.90% - 25% credit
Less than 99.80% - 50% credit
Less than 99.70% - 100% credit

Multi-Zone Failover :
Enterprises running important services through our cloud can benefit from our multi-zone failover network. Primary zone resources are able to be replicated to a secondary zone, and options from manual failover to auto failover can be configured depending on the client's requirements.
